1 1. Reviewed October 31, 2021. Poor customer service. After repetitive reschedule of flight, I was knowing that the final flight was at 425pm. There was a malay man who is crew at customer service was yelled at me and say I have to queue up even though my flight is almost departed. Disappointed on the behaviour of crew.

Perhaps two years ago, I have used their live chat to work out my booking problem. Today, there is contact through twitter or facebook.
Worst Customer Service. Air Asia constantly keeps cancelling or changing their flights. This month alone 4 of my flights have changed or cancelled. They have stopped their phone service and email. Only On-line chat. Its a waste of time. Supposed to get transfered to a live person, but it never happens.

No Place to Voice Complaint in airasia website or their super app 1) Flight delayed only given once notification. We didn’t even know until passed thru immigration for the boarding time given by an sms. The flight AK5105 was delayed from 4.40pm to 5.35pm.
