You will get the same terms you get on your AT&T mainland plan and Liberty is using all the same AT&T towers, staff, and infrastructure. Those of us who had PR AT&T accounts also have all our old plan terms grandfathered by Liberty.

I know since October, all AT&T assets have been transferred to Liberty, and I have gotten conflicting information from an AT&T rep on whether my plan will work as normal (i.e. no roaming charges or anything) on the island.
