   Avoid all this by joining the frequent renter club of a MAJOR car rental agency. Even though Advantage belongs to Hertz, it sucks everywhere in my experience. If you belong to a frequent rental club, even if you're not a frequent renter, when you arrive, your car is there waiting for you, and you get in and drive away. I belong to Hertz #1 Gold.
