This is because of their consistent positive reviews, and personal experiences. Please do read the car rental companies' reviews before renting.
I asked for a manager. none was available. i took my cell phone and called the 800 number and within seconds a car was miracuously found. I went tot he Hertz agent next door and told him what happened. he said she was lying. Hertz owns Advantage. i wentto get the car.

It has been a long time since I've needed to rent a car and I feel out of practice. I have never heard of this rental agency before.
