Prior to 1914, all summer camps operated by the YMCA of Youngstown were experimental and temporary in nature. Since its founding in 1914, Camp Fitch has hosted campers every year to date.
The minis (7-9) have to be in at 9pm and lights out by 9:30. The maxi's (10+) have to be in at 10pm and lights out by 11pm. As a camp mom, it is extremely hard to get 18 kids to sleep in a half hour. Really the mini's need to have lights out at 10pm.
Note that this is not so much a review but a suggestion for the upcoming re-enactment events in Gettysburg in June and July of 2013. For those thinking about going to Gettysburg this year for the 150th reenactment note that there are two events this year. The "annual" one is being held on July 4 - 7.
