They tried to charge for extra driver when it was included, tried to charge for extra fuel, got away with that, tried to charge for two extra days, got that back.
FACTS: Reservation number: G5964644154. Dates: 21 Aug 2015 - 24 Aug 2015. The reservation was created on 09 June 2015, fully paid for. I picked up the car from Dublin Airport on the evening of 21 Aug 2015 and returned the car on 24 Aug 2015. 3 days later, on 27 Aug 2015, a charge of EUR 125.00 appears on my credit card!

Answer 1 of 4: I been renting for years from Hertz and rent around 10X a year. We arrived in Dublin last Friday and went to pick our car up on Saturday morning. I was the last person in the van and the last person in line and out the door to find my car.
Hi, Arriving at around 7 a.m. from flight from JFK to Dublin, is 9 a.m. a good time for the car rental pick up? I know there is always a possibility of airline delays and getting baggage, so my question is if we arrive at the Hertz counter earlier than 9 a.m. will we have to wait till 9 a.m. to get our car.
