Brtish Airways did not book a ticket but held money for so long. We bought another ticket through United Airlines but 7 days after, we are still waiting for BA to release the hold on our credit card. All my accounts was overdrawn because british airways held my money ($2,715) on one card; $2,715 on affirm. No ticket.

In July last year I booked with Trailfinders a return economy flight from London to Cape Town departing 28 December. The BA reference is YH66LP. The reason for booking BA in July last year - five months before I was to fly - was that I had hoped that a direct flight with the national airline would be comfortable and straightforward.
