   As other have posted, it helps to first google “940 Mass.Reg.15.06” so you know your rights. The law says if a travel company fails to provide any of the travel services that a consumer has purchased, the travel company must offer the consumer three options (the first of which is a refund), and must honor the consumer's choice.

   If you go directly to the TSA website, as I stated, ask if contact solution is allowed and it sends you back to the page describing the 3-1-1 rule. Not arguing here, just saying it's a little confusing. Better safe than sorry, bring a travel size in your quart bag, the 2 oz. size, not the 4 oz.
