Re: Odysseys Unlimited - A Review and a Warning. 5 years ago. I just returned from my fifth trip with Odysseys and I think they are top notch; I wouldn’t consider traveling with any other tour company. I found all the accommodations to be excellent and I never had a complaint.

In March, prior to March 23rd, I asked for a refund ($9799) for the canceled Japan trip. I was told this would be OK. I verified the refund was in process multiple times (5), though the processing time it would take started out at 7-10 days, then 2-3 weeks, then 1-2 months, then 2-3 months, then "several more weeks" due to how busy they were.

If you go directly to the TSA website, as I stated, ask if contact solution is allowed and it sends you back to the page describing the 3-1-1 rule. Not arguing here, just saying it's a little confusing. Better safe than sorry, bring a travel size in your quart bag, the 2 oz. size, not the 4 oz.

I only travel (3 times) with Trafalgar. Decent company, at least they were before pandemic. Only difference will be Hotels (location, category) Buses and guides will be the same. The tours cannot be too bad. Cannot comment on their Insurances and Refunds policy, this is very important right now.
