Pattie, my experiences with several new credit cards lately is that I recall several arrived within a week. Those were Bank of America and Capital One. (They got me with 0% promotional rate until July 2020, and a $200 and $300 bonus. Guess it's my good credit or macho speedo looks, hey?) If I was flying Hawaiian Air, I'd certainly get their card.
We have had the Alaska Airlines credit card for years and been very happy with it. Customer service is great. You can use the companion fare any dates, any class, round trip, multi city or open jaw... just pay $99 plus the taxes and fees for the second fare.
