I tried to reset the password with my main e-mail account and it seems I have already an alternative empty account from 2020, no content there.
I myself don't log into anything from Facebook as its easy to hack with fishing and once into Facebook a hacker lies dormant until he/she needs your account and then takes over everything you have logged into from facebook.
