I was trying to book Hilton Waikoloa Village for thanksgiving night and everywhere the nightly rates were around $780-$800 plus taxes and fees. This one website shows me the rate of $170 and with taxes and resort fees came up to $220.
Only way to contact Traveluro is via a web form - no direct email, no phone number. I have not gotten a credit or response. I am working thru my credit card company at this time. If anyone has a phone # for them that would be great! Web search directs you to Trust Pilot to post a review for Splitty Travel by Traveluro to post a review.
Here is my experience: WARNING: Vio.com are scammers. In addition to stealing your money via fraudulent travel practices, they will spend a huge amount of time and effort trying to remove legitimate reviews from this and other sites, in order to hide their fraudulent behavior. I booked a room with them in Cancun.
Contact your bank / credit card comany and ask for their assistance. Read my experience below. And DEFINITELY post a review on TRUST PILOT re your experience! I did and business-class.com has asked me 3xs to take it down, bribing me with credit vouchers. Fools. At the very least, you can tell others about your experience. Here i s my review:
They are absolutely horrible - do not use them. They completely f*-up our reservations and we cannot get a hold of anyone at the company to correct it. They changed our booking by 3 days, refuse to change it back to our reservation that we booked and won't call us back. What a complete scam.
