    6. Re: 50 minute layover with United. You'll probably make the connection if your first flight is not delayed but head straight to your second gate. Pull up a map of DEN airport so you see the layout of Concourse B & A that connect via the underground train (escalator or elevator down to that level).

  3. Is 50 minutes enough time for a layover in Denver airport?

Later, my mom, who lives in another state, decided to meet me there and booked herself a flight that gets in around noon. Due to this, I'm thinking about switching to an earlier flight, but the only earlier flight is at 6am and only has a 50 minute layover in Denver. We looked at the arrival gates for the same flights this weekend and it looks ...

2 years ago. If you're using the same airline 45 minutes between gate to gate is adequate & probably not a concourse switch but assuming your first flight arrives on time or no delays on the tarmac. If you're flight is late that airline is responsible for reconnecting you. If you have a choice for a longer layover it's a safer bet.

UA 473 SNA - DEN just landed at B-24. That cannot be guaranteed as the gate for UA 473, when you fly it. UAX 3374 DEN - RAP departs B-57. Again, no guarantee that it will when you fly, but that is in the series of gates *commonly* used by UAX, though I had expected the gate to be in the B-59 thru B-79, or from the "annex" B-80 thru B-95 - That is even farther to travel, and things get slightly ...

40 minute layover in Denver. Jun 28, 2024, 11:35 AM. Our family of 6 are flying into Denver from a small western US airport. I just received a notification from United Airlines that our flight departure has changed. Had a 1.5 hour layover in Denver to continue on to Huston. Layover is now 40 minutes.

Your 40 minute layover SHOULD not be a problem. However, with flight delays, weather problems, baggage delays and other surprises, I wouldn't fly from anywhere on the day of a cruise. Report inappropriate content. Carol-Ann M. Denver, Colorado. Level Contributor.

The airport is on the far east side of the city so there isn't much nearby. It takes about 40 minutes to get from the airport to downtown Denver.

    1. Re: less than an hour layover in Denver - too short? 2 years ago. If you're arriving in and departing from the same terminal, maybe it would be ok. Otherwise you have to take the train to the other terminal. It's a short trip, but you have to factor that in. It's a big airport, and if you have to go from the far end of one terminal to the ...
