   I have been a gucci shopper for many years. I was very disappointed with the poor level of customer service I received at the 5th avenue flagship store. Not only was sales half inappropriate and rude but unable to handle simple customer service issues. There's many other Gucci's to shop at so skip this one and go to Burgdorfs instead.
