   Dear AVIS Car Rental, Shame on you! After reading all the complaints and warnings of Costa Rica Car Rental companies and their questionable extra charges, we settled on AVIS. You should dispute the charges through your credit card company and also post your complaint of their FB page (Avis, not Costco). Their PR people read them all the time and respond promptly.
