Comparing the two (I went back to the Centurion lounge two hours before my flight) AA lounge - more and better seating availability, greater food selections, self serve beverage, more relaxed and calmer feel/atmosphere. Both lounges are modern and bright, food was very tasty in both locations, servers were very friendly as well.
