Made a reservation 2 months in advance for a car in Louisville KY airport Dollar Car Rental. Upon arrival we were told there were no cars available and we had to leave our phone number. Very Frustrating, no manager to speak to. It took 20 minutes to get the phone call that the car was available, however the not knowing was the worst.
There was an EZ pass on the car and it was never reviewed with me at the time the car was rented. When I tried to contact the company about the fees, the page wouldn’t load on the website. I was unable to get a live person on the phone either. Difficult company to contact about a deceptive practice.
Reviewed April 23, 2021. Whatever you do, do not rent from Dollar Car Rental!! They have the worst customer service I have ever seen from a company in my life. You are much better taking ubers or public transport. First, we had to wait 2 and a half hours after our reservation time in order to get our vehicle that was RESERVED.
