I believe Momi Bay Resort will eventually have some when it opens, but no idea when that will be. Plenty of resorts with bures right on the beach though.

   A few years ago I found a website that had gorgeous glass bottom over water bungalows and I can't now remember what the website was or the name of the resort. Also, I can't remember if these were in Fiji or Tahiti....I am thinking it was Fiji. If anyone knows the name or website and could tell me what it is that would be great.
