   You may get discounted or comped rooms. Otherwise, I prefer booking directly whether it's airlines or hotels. Again, I'm part of their rewards program and it ensures I get my benefits. 3rd party sites only get certain rooms and fares, usually the least desirable and the most restrictions. Ultimately, you get what you pay for

   Although I've never booked with Costco Travel for Europe, I have looked into and booked hotel's on my own that Costco uses. People sort of laugh about using Costco but the fact is no one has better veting for hotels then Costco. We've always been 100% happy with our choices.
