5. Re: Best Target. There is a big Target near Friendship Hts metro station, also. That and the Columbia Hts are the only two in DC, except one far east where you shouldn't go. There is a small shop in Cleveland Park but It's not a regular big Target. I don't know if Friendship Hts or Columbia Hts is bigger, I've been to both but dont' remember.
