Find member services and car rentals will be there. You can't get rental car discounts through Costco in Canada unless you have an executive membership.

On the Costco website, use a shortcut by clicking on the Alamo symbol at the top of the page, then jot down the corporate id/coupon combo that will apply to your rental.
