The telephone “customer service” was ambivalent and more interested in getting back to the party that was going on in the background and it’s take 5 days to get an acknowledgement of my email to them (which was sent on the day). Hertz could not match the reservation on my membership number as there was no reservation.
ABSOLUTE Worst customer service I have ever experienced. RUDE SARCASTIC UNKMEPT Millennial twit! We had a reservation for weeks. Got to the counter in a great mood. Met with a young and sloppy young person ( I won't call him a man because he was not in the least) Inarticulate dark dirty haired fast talking know it all was who we dealt with.
