5 reviews. 2 helpful votes. Free upgrade from dollar car rental? 16 years ago. Were renting a car from dollar car rental for two week for our fly drive holiday. We will collect our car from LA airport on 20th September and return it to san fransisco airport. It will be all paid for before we arrive.
So far, he's right, we havent been charged any extra. Our bill was exaclty what was estimated at reservation time, $85.00 plus taxes and fees, $128.00. I must say, I would definately use Dollar or Thrifty at MCO location again. We got a great car. Check in was not so bad.

Answer 1 of 15: Hi, Just thought I'd let you know what happened to us with Dollar Car Rental at Sanford after our recent trip. We were greeted by a smiley, chatty rep who proceeded in trying to sell us extra insurance, sat nav, car upgrade etc.
