    I tried the contact number or email but it was really really difficult to find them. Even if you find the contact phone number you need to wait at least 1 hour the be connected with their service center. I asked why they charged twice and they told me it was their fault. And promised me to refund my $500. But after few days they only refunded $450.

    After 1.5hrs on the phone and multiple attempts to speak to a "supervisor", was offered the option of potentially getting on a flight for $1700. Beware- United Airlines is advertising fares on their website that they will not stand by. Once you call-in, they then attempt to book you on a substantially more expensive flight.
