I booked my last cruise with them. The price was the lowest I found, phone service was good. I had no unusual requests or problems. I do not remember their cancellation and change policy or whether they honor price drops.

So if you are comfortable with no phone number contact, email and postal address only go for it. If you are happy with their fees for cancellation within and after 24 hours go for it. Your money, your choice. I humbly suggest not making a decision based on an advertised price or because someone claims they saved money.
