I have booked a 12 day car rental via Carhire3000. Their voucher is for Budget Car Rental South Africa. I had a look at their terms & conditions and identified three problematic issues. 1) "All liability waivers shall not include any damage to the vehicle incurred as a result of potholes, dust storms and/or sand."
