From the travelocity.com website, under "Support - Customer Support - Contact Us", a phone number of 1-855-863-9601 is listed. They also have a Callback button you can click. You enter your name, itinerary number, and phone number and they will call you back. They list the wait time.
I assume that means "ad" as in advertisement. In addition, there was a phone number (probably from Google+), and the yelp listing had the real website listed. In addition, when going to the real website(s), the contact phone number was the same as on yelp. I'm not saying duping is right - but people need to be careful. The internet is scary.

This case, I went from one customer to another and had no reservation. I google for Holiday Inn Express and got their number. I called and asked if this is Holiday Inn reservation, the liar said yes, and I thought it was the central reservation. She gave me a rate of $86/night, plus taxes.
