I made a three-day hotel reservation online on Aug.13/2020 around 8 p.m. to stay at the Rocky Mountain Ski Lodge in Canmore, Alberta, between Aug. 30 to Sept. 01/2020. I was certain that I was booking through the lodge's website since Reservations.com website looked very similar to it.

From the travelocity.com website, under "Support - Customer Support - Contact Us", a phone number of 1-855-863-9601 is listed. They also have a Callback button you can click. You enter your name, itinerary number, and phone number and they will call you back. They list the wait time.
2. Re: Reservations.com "Not cool, misleading, no customer service". I too thought I was booking through the Hotel and I saw no information on my site about a $14.95 booking fee or anything about terms and conditions nor did I even get an email confirmation. In fact the site is very misleading.

Ridiculous! I asked to speak to a supervisor. The queue for talking to a supervisor was so long she had to take my phone # and said they would call me within 24hrs. It has been over 24hrs. and still no call. I even tried calling the resort to modify my reservation, but they said they could not do anything because I booked through reservations.com.
