You will find Key West police will warn you if your showing to much, just show them respect and don't argue with them.
Fantasy Fest takes over the town filling hotels and causing very high rates. Not all the partiers keep things on Duval. Not all the partiers keep things on Duval. This is one of the reasons some locals don’t like the event.
