   Used them twice for total of 4 weeks. Took all extra insurance as i didnt want headaches. Experience after about 2300 miles driven was outstanding wi Hertz. No games at return about damage. We were careful and didnt do any damage and actually washed each car once to keep it from looking a mess from road dirt.

   Unfortunately , car rental prices are enormous right now pretty much everywhere due to unavailability of parts for new cars (creating difficulty in replenishing fleets). In some places, it's hard to even find a car to rent. So get the best car you can (not the smallest, if possible) and reserve it ASAP.
