In the meantime, I tried to buy these passes and so I figured out some issues: 1) Costco sells a 4-days-AI-pass at 197,99 - this would have been the final price, so no surcharge for non-members, no shipping, just electronic delivery, no tax, no membership needed, 197,99 in total which is definitely a good price giving you more or less a forth day for free.
