If the inside is dirty, they can charge $250.00. Ten minutes of vacuuming seems like there was more than a little dirt.

The car I received was filthy and wreaked of cigar smoke. It was giving my passengers a headache. I replaced the air cabin filter which was so filthy that it looked like it never has been replaced. The cars exterior was not washed and the interior needed vacuuming. No one at the counter could help me and they referred me to customer service.
The hotel offers limo service for 165 euro each way, for 330 euro. I can rent a station wagon from Avis for less than 200 euro TOTAL, and with my preferred service I assumed this would be our easiest option. However there seems to be a LOT of confusion with Avis, and I can't seem to get any straight answers.
