Medical transportation is most important considering the remoteness. I came across Detour Travel which has a policy I like. The cost, however, is about 2/3 less than compable policies.

You also need to read any policy you are considering. And if you don't get the help you need from insuremytrip, considering calling the insurance company directly and asking them.
