The global entry site is pretty clear on this that there's no provision for family applications. And since each account needs an email then you'd need to set up an email account for each of your kids just for this purpose.

    Lulu, I suggest you contact TSA via email and get it in writing if you are permitted to take contact solution outside of the 3-1-1 bag. There is nothing on the TSA website that specifies the exemption. Print any positive verification and take it with you. You are supposed to declare any med liquids prior to scanning.
