Mystery car manager special for 3 days. Received email confirmation but did not open it. When I returned the car I was charged additiional fees to total $691.
The Budget office was closed and Avis was managing Budget's rental cars at the Denver Airport. There were three to four people working at the counter and more than 500 people waiting. The indoor area was over-crowded leaving hundreds of people exposed to COVID-19, elderly people were falling down and children and adults were crying.

Love, love, love this rental company, easy to book, great communication, easy pick up, price they quote is price you pay and quick in and out of rental office. Will never use anyone else!
