    Dear Fellow travelers: just wanna share my personal experience of trying to book a flight through Kayak today.. the site took my credit card details etc, like a normal flight booking procedure... only that after pressing "confirm" it tells me that the booking is being processed by the airline and if I don't get any confirmation email please call the airline directly before making a new booking.

I tried to cancel it after 10 minutes and they wanted to charge me $50 cancellation fee. Waiting 10 minutes for a customer srvice agent and get a terrible service. NOT using KAYAK anymore.
