Booking reference number 4974824. On the 9 February I was due to to fly with Tigerair at 0500 flightIT217 from Tokyo Haneda to Taiwan Taipei. When I went to the check-in desk, the airlinewas unable to find my records of my ticket through the ticket kiwi.com issued me. They were unable to find my name and any record of me having a ticket.

In addition to stealing your money via fraudulent travel practices, they will spend a huge amount of time and effort trying to remove legitimate reviews from this and other sites, in order to hide their fraudulent behavior. Dear Fellow travelers: just wanna share my personal experience of trying to book a flight through Kayak today.. the site took my credit card details etc, like a normal flight booking procedure... only that after pressing "confirm" it tells me that the booking is being processed by the airline and if I don't get any confirmation email please call the airline directly before making a new booking.
Justfly.com is an absolute scam. British Airways also contribute to this scam by having biased policies towards those who book through these travel agents. Inconvenience which lasted for more than 3 years, waste of productive time, and financial loss. This is a lesson for lifetime.
Air Travel forums. Chrisg202. 1 post. Kayak and Vayama are scam. 7 years ago. I booked a flight through KAYAK and I received a confirmation from VAYAMA. I tried to cancel it after 10 minutes and they wanted to charge me $50 cancellation fee. Waiting 10 minutes for a customer srvice agent and get a terrible service. NOT using KAYAK anymore.
