One is for mostly exchanging in RCI's "new" TPU system. For our $455/year maintenance fee, we are able to secure enough TPU points to get at least three and sometimes four weeks of exchanges through RCI. That works out to $1055 for three weeks ($1255 for four) of vacationing.
