On my latest trip, I was unable to log in to the JB app using credentials that work on the regular and mobile websites. Prior to my return, I tried powering off phone (didn't work). On my return, I tried everything else - syncing, updating app and even changing password. Still no luck. Called JetBlue and they told me they don't support the app!
