Yes, there's a big easy parking deck directly adjacent to the Amtrak/MARC station, it was $9 a day, overnights fine, easy in easy out. I've used it to ride Amtrak instead of parking near downtown Baltimore Penn Station. Being that BWI is right off 95/195/295 its even easier than getting to Penn.
You can park at BWI Amtrak Station for $9 per day. There is a 2 or 3 story parking garage adjacent to the train station. Very convenient. If you have more questions, call the parking garage at 800-468-6294.
Public Parking Garages: Many cities have public parking garages that offer overnight parking options. These are typically located near public transportation, making it easy to catch an Amtrak train. Hotel Parking: If you're staying at a hotel near an Amtrak station, many hotels offer overnight parking for guests.

Always use the parking decks at the MARC/Amtrak station off 170/Aviation Blvd. off 195 and close to airport's satellite lots. The car is under cover so no weather issues and very safe. Area around the station is patrolled by the MTA police. Free dedicated shuttle bus to the airport and back runs 24/7. Not the cheapest but not outrageous--$9 per ...
The rate is $1 an hour with a max of $9 a day. I haven't parked there recently so I can't vouch for this information. I can vouch that it is a safe parking lot and right next to the BWI Amtrak station which makes it convenient for catching trains from there. There is lots of parking there (they have 2 lots) so you shouldn't have an issue there.
13 years ago. There is overnight pay parking at both the BWI and New Carrollton stations, but only because they are shared parking facilities with Amtrak. Overnight parking is not permitted at the MARC-only stations or those that share lots with Metrorail. You might get away with it occasionally, but I wouldn't try it on a regular basis.
