Free shuttle buses from this station to the BWI Airport terminals operate daily every 6-8 minutes (every 25 minutes 1:00 am - 5:00 am). I've used it multiple times before when flying out of BWI (it's the cheapest covered lot with a frequent shuttle to the airport) and had no problems whatsoever. The lot is gigantic so I highly doubt it'd be full.

    Yes, there's a big easy parking deck directly adjacent to the Amtrak/MARC station, it was $9 a day, overnights fine, easy in easy out. I've used it to ride Amtrak instead of parking near downtown Baltimore Penn Station. Being that BWI is right off 95/195/295 its even easier than getting to Penn.
