There are several brochure and travel booklets around that have coupons for several attractions in the South Dade County and the Keys. Also, I think Monkey Jungle has one available on their website.
Yes, they do offer military discounts; however, I don't know how good a deal that is. You can purchase tickets through ID.me or through your bases rec center.
