I guess limited mileage term it is for the entire trip. So if you stay for 3 days, then you can use 750 miles but over that you need to pay some heavy charge. I don't think car rental companies have the way to measure your per day travel. Europcar limites to 250 miles per day and Enterprise allows unlimited.
