Usually I have things shipped to friends who are coming to the island, but recently I ordered David Sterling's prize-winning new cookbook, "Yucatan-A Culinary Expedition", which weighs seven pounds, too heavy to ask anyone to carry down. The postage cost $21.30US and the book got here within 10 days.

If Amazon Mexico has what you want , the delivery to any Mexican address is prompt and either free or cheap. Just take a look at the website to see if they have what you want.
