It appears that a stay of more than 90 days is not taxed as short-term, but I see nothing about refunds. In Horry County the total rate is 12% unless inside the City Limits of Myrtle Beach where it is 13%. I am not sure if the city of NORTH Myrtle Beach has the 12 or 13%.
