    My advice is always wear a hat/peak, use Baby Sun Block stick on the exposed sides of your face below your eyes - jaw ,cheeks, chin, nose, mouth. Do NOT wear sunglasses all the time! Allow your eyes to correct the Melanin balance by removing them for about 10/15 minutes every hour. I never wear sunglasses but do have transition specs.
