0800 numbers are free in the UK a the cost of the call is paid by the receiver. There is no way for the cost of oversea calls to be paid in this way. There sould be a chargeable number on their web site to call. Otherwise post the 0800 number and I am sure someone will call it and ask them for a different number for you.
