I've read reviews on other sites and am concerned by those mentioning problems with customer service and getting refunds for cancelled flights.
My wife and I took the 7 day Heart of Ireland tour last June. The tour itself and the tour guide, Steve, were fine. During the last evening of the trip, Steve took a picture of the entire group outside of a restaurant, with a Dublin landmark in the background.

I was trying to book Hilton Waikoloa Village for thanksgiving night and everywhere the nightly rates were around $780-$800 plus taxes and fees. This one website shows me the rate of $170 and with taxes and resort fees came up to $220.
1 post. ASAP tickets is a scam. 5 years ago. ASAP ticket and his agents are pulling fast ones on people. I called an agent named Lemar to get ticket to travel with my three kids, 2 of them where less than 2years of age and the other one was 4years old. Lamar gave me a quote and I paid. When I got to the airport, United refused to let us board.
Eva airline is the most terrible customer service company that I have ever dealt with in my life, I was trying to book a flight from Seattle to Hong Kong for the last 2 days from 8/13/2024-to now, I was not able to talk to any one from customer service center in Seattle location or the phone # they had referred on the website, no matter how many hours to try to call during the business hours ...
Here is my experience: WARNING: Vio.com are scammers. In addition to stealing your money via fraudulent travel practices, they will spend a huge amount of time and effort trying to remove legitimate reviews from this and other sites, in order to hide their fraudulent behavior. I booked a room with them in Cancun.
I should also add that their reviews elsewhere all are in the 4-5 range. So perhaps you should encourage others to leave a review on big consumer review sites like Yelp and Google. I cant help but think you have somewhat of a bias here as it sounds like you are in travel biz. Some comments on thsi forum could be toned in a friendlier manner.
