We stopped to see the Petroglyphs at Parowan Gap, and saw the sign for the Dinosaur Footprints adjacent to the petroglyph site, so we stopped. We read the interpretive sign, then hiked the trail looking for the footprints. In several places, little "footprint" signs indicated where a dinosaur footprint was supposed to be visible.
There are some signs explaining the feetprint and even a paper guide to show you the trail. Walk down the hill further and you come to train tracks and a lovely view of the river with some beautiful rock formations. Plan to spend 10-30 minutes depending on how long you want to hang.

Once you get to the end of the row of boulders on the right, look right. The prints are very nearby in the mossy, rocky area next to the sand. I stood next to the most obvious print and took four photos to help direct you. 1: the car park. 2: the row of boulders, with the final boulder marked in red.
