I went online a few weeks later, changed the inbound date, was charged and received a confirmation email with the change. All set. I did not receive a single email from Expedia regarding this booking, no confirmation, no itenerary, nothing. (not in my junk mail either) and my bank account did not show any money going through. I believed this booking did not go through and made other plans. Then, two weeks later I saw that the airline company charged for the flight.
15 years ago. Save. Never use Expedia.com to makes reservations, it's a scam and hotel employes know about it even If they act like they don't. We had made a 2 day reservation through exedia.com but we decided we wanted to cancel our reservation for the secon day to go camping. "Conveniently" no cancelation policy could be found on Expedia.com.

3 reviews. Wrong Dates on booking form with Expedia! Help! 6 years ago. I booked with Expedia at the end of August and double checked the time of flights and all was well. I didn't however check the dates. The inbound departure is fine but our return flight is scheduled for the same day that we arrive there. We travel in 5 days time.
Again, the hotel was sold out. I did not want to risk losing my hotel room, as all of the hotels in the area are also sold out. I went through 4 Expedia employees before I demanded a refund for my first night (which I did receive). Honestly, I spent 2 hours on the phone purely because their reservation systems aren’t compatible.
